- Fishta Crab Meat
- Butter
- Garlic
- Carrots
- Egg
- Onion Leaves
- Rice
Instructions:
- Sauté aromatics: In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Cook the veggies: Add chopped carrots and cook for a few minutes until slightly softened.
- Scramble the eggs: Push the veggies to one side, then pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble until fully cooked.
- Add crab meat: Stir in Fishta Crab Meat, mixing well with the eggs and veggies.
- Mix in the rice: Add cooked rice, breaking it apart and tossing it.
- Season to taste: Add salt and pepper, stirring everything evenly.
- Garnish and serve: Top with chopped onion leaves and mix. Serve hot and enjoy!
