Easy Crab Linguine Recipe - Quick Seafood Pasta - Fishta Seafood Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Linguine Pasta
  • Fresh Crab Meat
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic, Minced
  • Red Chili Flakes
  • White Wine
  • Lemon Zest
  • Fresh Parsley, Chopped
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Procedures:

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook until al dente. Reserve some pasta water, then drain the pasta.
  2. Prepare the Sauce: Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Sauté minced garlic and red chilli flakes until fragrant.
  3. Add Crab Meat: Stir in the fresh crab meat, cooking until heated through.
  4. Deglaze with Wine: Pour in white wine, allowing it to simmer and reduce slightly.
  5. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add the cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing to coat. If needed, add reserved pasta water to achieve desired consistency.
  6. Season and Serve: Season with salt, freshly ground black pepper, lemon zest, and chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
