Ingredients:
- 1 Fishta Salmon Portion
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions:
- Season the salmon – Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the Fishta Salmon.
- Pan-sear the salmon – Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the salmon for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown. Set aside.
- Make the herb butter sauce – In a bowl, mix chopped rosemary, dill, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
- Melt the butter – In the same pan, melt butter and pour the herb mixture into it. Stir for a few seconds.
- Finish the dish – Pour the buttery herb sauce over the pan-seared salmon.
- Serve hot with rice, mashed potatoes, or vegetables. Enjoy!
