Pan seared Salmon with Lemon Butter

Ingredients:

  • 1 Fishta Salmon Portion
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

 

Instructions:

  1. Season the salmon – Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the Fishta Salmon.
  2. Pan-sear the salmon – Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the salmon for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. Make the herb butter sauce – In a bowl, mix chopped rosemary, dill, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
  4. Melt the butter – In the same pan, melt butter and pour the herb mixture into it. Stir for a few seconds.
  5. Finish the dish – Pour the buttery herb sauce over the pan-seared salmon.
  6. Serve hot with rice, mashed potatoes, or vegetables. Enjoy!
