A plate of Marry Me Salmon featuring seared salmon fillets in a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce served with rice or pasta

Ingredients:

For the Salmon:

  • 2 Fishta Salmon Fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

For the Sauce:

  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ½ tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan
  • Water (if sauce is too thick)

 

Instructions:

  1. Season the salmon – Rub olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and garlic powder on the Fishta Salmon Fillets.
  2. Cook the salmon – Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the salmon for 3 minutes per side. Set aside.
  3. Make the sauce – In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the liquids – Pour in heavy cream, chicken broth, and lemon juice. Stir well.
  5. Melt the cheese – Add cream cheese and Parmesan. Stir until smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add a little water.
  6. Combine – Return the salmon to the pan and let it simmer in the sauce for 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with rice or pasta. Enjoy!
