Ingredients:
For the Salmon:
- 2 Fishta Salmon Fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
For the Sauce:
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- ½ tbsp minced garlic
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan
- Water (if sauce is too thick)
Instructions:
- Season the salmon – Rub olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and garlic powder on the Fishta Salmon Fillets.
- Cook the salmon – Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the salmon for 3 minutes per side. Set aside.
- Make the sauce – In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add the liquids – Pour in heavy cream, chicken broth, and lemon juice. Stir well.
- Melt the cheese – Add cream cheese and Parmesan. Stir until smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add a little water.
- Combine – Return the salmon to the pan and let it simmer in the sauce for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or pasta. Enjoy!
