Ingredients:
- 1 cup (200g) cream cheese
- 50g spring onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp calamansi juice
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- ½ cup Fishta Tinapa flakes, heated
Instructions:
- Heat the tinapa – Lightly warm the Fishta Tinapa flakes in a pan to enhance the flavor.
- Mix the ingredients – In a bowl, combine cream cheese, spring onions, calamansi juice, black pepper, and grated garlic.
- Add the tinapa – Mix in the heated tinapa flakes until well combined.
- Serve – Spread on toast, crackers, or as a sandwich filling. Enjoy!
