A creamy Tinapa Sandwich Spread served on toasted bread with fresh herbs and a side of crackers.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (200g) cream cheese
  • 50g spring onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp calamansi juice
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • ½ cup Fishta Tinapa flakes, heated

 

Instructions:

  1. Heat the tinapa – Lightly warm the Fishta Tinapa flakes in a pan to enhance the flavor.
  2. Mix the ingredients – In a bowl, combine cream cheese, spring onions, calamansi juice, black pepper, and grated garlic.
  3. Add the tinapa – Mix in the heated tinapa flakes until well combined.
  4. Serve – Spread on toast, crackers, or as a sandwich filling. Enjoy!
