A bowl of creamy instant ramen topped with Fishta Hotpot Scallop & Shrimp Balls, nori, and a rich, flavorful broth.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack instant ramen
  • 1 raw egg
  • 1 tbsp Japanese mayo
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Instant ramen seasoning (from the packet)
  • ½ cup ramen water (saved from cooking the noodles)
  • 3 pcs Fishta Hotpot Scallop Balls
  • 3 pcs Fishta Hotpot Shrimp Balls
  • Nori (seaweed), for topping

 

Instructions:

  1. Cook the ramen according to the package instructions. Save ½ cup of the ramen water, then drain the rest.
  2. Prepare the sauce – In a bowl, mix minced garlic, ramen seasoning, raw egg, and Japanese mayo.
  3. Add ramen water – Slowly pour in the saved ramen water while stirring to create a creamy broth.
  4. Mix in the noodles until well coated.
  5. Boil the hotpot balls – In a pot, cook Fishta Scallop Balls and Shrimp Balls until they float.
  6. Assemble – Add the hotpot balls to the ramen and top with nori.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
