Ingredients:
- 1 pack instant ramen
- 1 raw egg
- 1 tbsp Japanese mayo
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Instant ramen seasoning (from the packet)
- ½ cup ramen water (saved from cooking the noodles)
- 3 pcs Fishta Hotpot Scallop Balls
- 3 pcs Fishta Hotpot Shrimp Balls
- Nori (seaweed), for topping
Instructions:
- Cook the ramen according to the package instructions. Save ½ cup of the ramen water, then drain the rest.
- Prepare the sauce – In a bowl, mix minced garlic, ramen seasoning, raw egg, and Japanese mayo.
- Add ramen water – Slowly pour in the saved ramen water while stirring to create a creamy broth.
- Mix in the noodles until well coated.
- Boil the hotpot balls – In a pot, cook Fishta Scallop Balls and Shrimp Balls until they float.
- Assemble – Add the hotpot balls to the ramen and top with nori.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
