Ingredients:
- Fishta Nobashi Shrimp Ebi (whole, deveined, and Chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 5ml liquid seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- Lumpia wrappers
- Cooking oil (for frying)
Instructions:
- Marinate the whole shrimp: In a bowl, season Fishta Nobashi Shrimp Ebi with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and liquid seasoning. Set aside.
- Prepare the chopped shrimp mixture: In another bowl, mix chopped shrimp, oyster sauce, soy sauce, black pepper powder, and sesame oil.
- Wrap the shrimp: Place some chopped shrimp mixture on a lumpia wrapper and roll halfway. Then, add one whole marinated shrimp before continuing to roll and seal with water.
- Fry until crispy: Heat oil in a pan and fry until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain excess oil and serve hot with a dipping sauce
