Ingredients:
For the Salmon Mixture:
- 1 portion Fishta Salmon, cooked and shredded
- 4 crab sticks, cut into small pieces
- ½ cup cream cheese
- ½ cup Japanese mayo
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- Furikake (optional, for topping)
For the Sushi Rice:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions:
- Prepare the rice – In a bowl, mix cooked rice with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Set aside.
- Make the salmon mixture – In another bowl, combine shredded salmon, crab sticks, cream cheese, Japanese mayo, and sriracha. Mix well.
- Assemble – Spread the seasoned rice evenly in a baking dish, then sprinkle with furikake (if using). Spread the salmon mixture on top.
- Bake – Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and bake for 10 minutes, or until slightly golden.
- Serve – Scoop and enjoy with nori sheets or on its own!
