A delicious Salmon Sushi Bake in a baking dish, layered with seasoned rice, creamy salmon mixture, and furikake, baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients:

For the Salmon Mixture:

  • 1 portion Fishta Salmon, cooked and shredded
  • 4 crab sticks, cut into small pieces
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • ½ cup Japanese mayo
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • Furikake (optional, for topping)

 

For the Sushi Rice:

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt

 

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the rice – In a bowl, mix cooked rice with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Set aside.
  2. Make the salmon mixture – In another bowl, combine shredded salmon, crab sticks, cream cheese, Japanese mayo, and sriracha. Mix well.
  3. Assemble – Spread the seasoned rice evenly in a baking dish, then sprinkle with furikake (if using). Spread the salmon mixture on top.
  4. Bake – Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and bake for 10 minutes, or until slightly golden.
  5. Serve – Scoop and enjoy with nori sheets or on its own!
