A bowl of Salmon Salad with Creamy Herb Dressing, featuring Fishta Salmon, fresh lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and a creamy, herb-infused dressing.

Ingredients:

For the Salmon:

  • 1 Fishta Salmon Portion
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Dressing:

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • For the Salad:
  • 2 cups lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

 

Instructions:

  1. Cook the salmon – Season the Fishta Salmon with salt and pepper. Cook in a pan over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side. Let it cool, then cut into small pieces.
  2. Make the dressing – In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, fresh dill, and paprika until smooth.
  3. Combine the salmon and dressing – Toss the salmon pieces with the creamy herb dressing until well coated.
  4. Assemble the salad – In a large bowl, mix lettuce and tomatoes, then add the dressed salmon.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
