Ingredients:
For the Salmon:
- 1 Fishta Salmon Portion
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Dressing:
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- ¼ tsp paprika
- For the Salad:
- 2 cups lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions:
- Cook the salmon – Season the Fishta Salmon with salt and pepper. Cook in a pan over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side. Let it cool, then cut into small pieces.
- Make the dressing – In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, fresh dill, and paprika until smooth.
- Combine the salmon and dressing – Toss the salmon pieces with the creamy herb dressing until well coated.
- Assemble the salad – In a large bowl, mix lettuce and tomatoes, then add the dressed salmon.
- Serve and enjoy!
