Ingredients:
- 1 Fishta Cobbler Fillet, cut into 3-inch chunks
- ½ cup all-purpose flour (for coating)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour (for sauce)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp red chili flakes (optional, for spice)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Cooking oil (for frying)
Instructions:
- Coat the fish – Lightly coat cobbler fillet chunks with flour.
- Fry the fish – Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish until golden brown. Set aside.
- Make the sauce – In the same pan, melt butter, then sauté garlic with a pinch of salt.
- Thicken the sauce – Add flour, stir for a few seconds, then pour in lemon juice. Mix well.
- Add spice & herbs – Stir in chili flakes and chopped parsley.
- Combine – Pour the sauce over the fried fish.
- Serve hot with rice or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
