A plate of Lemon Butter Garlic Cobbler, featuring crispy Fishta Cobbler Fillet coated in a golden, zesty butter garlic sauce with chili flakes and parsley.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Fishta Cobbler Fillet, cut into 3-inch chunks
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour (for coating)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour (for sauce)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp red chili flakes (optional, for spice)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Cooking oil (for frying)

 

Instructions:

  1. Coat the fish – Lightly coat cobbler fillet chunks with flour.
  2. Fry the fish – Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. Make the sauce – In the same pan, melt butter, then sauté garlic with a pinch of salt.
  4. Thicken the sauce – Add flour, stir for a few seconds, then pour in lemon juice. Mix well.
  5. Add spice & herbs – Stir in chili flakes and chopped parsley.
  6. Combine – Pour the sauce over the fried fish.
  7. Serve hot with rice or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
