Ingredients:
For the Salmon:
- 1 Fishta Salmon Portion
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- For the Dressing:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2½ tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1½ tsp sugar
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- ½ tsp black pepper
For the Salad:
- 2 cups lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup cucumber, sliced
- ¼ cup edamame (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook the salmon – Season the Fishta Salmon with salt and pepper. Cook in a pan over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side. Set aside.
- Make the dressing – In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, olive oil, sugar, grated ginger, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Assemble the salad – In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and edamame.
- Add the salmon – Place the cooked salmon on top, then drizzle with the ginger sesame dressing.
- Serve and enjoy!
