A plate of crispy Crab Rangoon Lumpia, golden brown.

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces lump crab meat
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 3 tbsp green onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 10-15 lumpia wrapper
  • Oil, for frying

 

Instructions:

  1. Mix together the cream cheese, crab meat, soy sauce, sesame oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, green onion, and sugar.
  2. Place a spoonful of the mix on the lumpia wrapper and roll. Make it as tight as possible so the filling stays inside the wrapper when frying.
  3. Heat the oil.
  4. Fry the lumpia until golden brown.
  5. Serve with sweet chili sauce and enjoy while hot.
