A plate of steamed Rice Paper Shrimp Dumplings, filled with Fishta White Shrimp, garlic, and soy sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 200g Fishta White Shrimp, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • 4 sheets dry rice paper, cut into quarters

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the filling – In a bowl, mix chopped shrimp, minced garlic, cornstarch, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Cut & soak the rice paper – Cut the rice paper into quarters, then dip each piece in water until soft.
  3. Wrap the dumplings – Place a small amount of the shrimp mixture in the center of the rice paper and fold it into a dumpling shape.
  4. Steam the dumplings – Arrange in a steamer and steam for 6-8 minutes, or until the shrimp is fully cooked.
  5. Serve hot with a dipping sauce of your choice (soy sauce, vinegar, or chili oil). Enjoy!
