Ingredients:
- 200g Fishta White Shrimp, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- 4 sheets dry rice paper, cut into quarters
Instructions:
- Prepare the filling – In a bowl, mix chopped shrimp, minced garlic, cornstarch, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Cut & soak the rice paper – Cut the rice paper into quarters, then dip each piece in water until soft.
- Wrap the dumplings – Place a small amount of the shrimp mixture in the center of the rice paper and fold it into a dumpling shape.
- Steam the dumplings – Arrange in a steamer and steam for 6-8 minutes, or until the shrimp is fully cooked.
- Serve hot with a dipping sauce of your choice (soy sauce, vinegar, or chili oil). Enjoy!
