Ingredients:
- 500g Fishta Squid Rings, cleaned
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cornstarch
- ½ tsp black pepper (for coating)
- Cooking oil (for frying)
Instructions:
- Marinate the squid rings with salt and pepper, then set aside for 10 minutes.
- Prepare the coating: In a container, mix flour, cornstarch, and black pepper.
- Coat the squid: Add the squid rings to the container, cover, and shake until fully coated.
- Fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden and crispy (about 2-3 minutes).
- Drain excess oil on paper towels and serve hot with a dipping sauce.
