A plate of stir-fried egg noodles tossed in dark soy sauce, topped with crispy Fishta Popcorn Shrimp, scrambled egg, and julienned carrots, served hot in a stylish bowl.

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving egg noodles
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 pack Fishta Popcorn Shrimp, fried
  • 1 egg, scrambled
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 small carrot, julienned
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil


Instructions:

  1. Cook the noodles – Boil the egg noodles until tender, then drain. Mix with dark soy sauce and set aside.
  2. Prepare the shrimp – Fry the Fishta Popcorn Shrimp until golden brown, then set aside.
  3. Scramble the egg – Cook the egg in a pan, then set aside.
  4. Stir-fry the vegetables – In the same pan, heat oil and sauté garlic for a few seconds. Add carrots and stir-fry until slightly soft.
  5. Combine everything – Add the noodles, scrambled egg, and popcorn shrimp. Toss everything together until well mixed.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
