A plate of Long Life Noodles with Shrimp, featuring golden egg noodles tossed in a flavorful sauce with fresh Fishta Shrimp, bell peppers, and onions.

Ingredients:

  • 250g Fishta Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 200g long-life noodles (or egg noodles)
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp minced ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

 

Instructions:

  1. Season and stir-fry the shrimp – Lightly season the Fishta Shrimp with salt and pepper. Stir-fry in a pan with 1 tbsp oil until pink. Set aside.
  2. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare the sauce – In a bowl, mix water, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, minced ginger, and garlic.
  4. Sauté the veggies – Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, then sauté onions and bell peppers until slightly soft.
  5. Add the sauce – Pour in the prepared sauce mixture and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Combine everything – Add the cooked noodles and shrimp, tossing until well coated in the sauce.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
