Ingredients:
- 250g Fishta Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 200g long-life noodles (or egg noodles)
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced into strips
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp minced ginger

2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
- Season and stir-fry the shrimp – Lightly season the Fishta Shrimp with salt and pepper. Stir-fry in a pan with 1 tbsp oil until pink. Set aside.
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the sauce – In a bowl, mix water, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, minced ginger, and garlic.
- Sauté the veggies – Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, then sauté onions and bell peppers until slightly soft.
- Add the sauce – Pour in the prepared sauce mixture and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Combine everything – Add the cooked noodles and shrimp, tossing until well coated in the sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
