Ingredients:
- 1 pack Buldak noodles (spicy Korean instant noodles)
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup corn kernels (canned or fresh)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp butter
- Fishta Shrimp Popcorn (fried)
Instructions:
- Cook the Buldak noodles according to the package instructions, then place them in a serving dish.
- Prepare the corn cheese: In a pan, melt butter, then add corn, mayo, and mozzarella. Stir until melted and gooey.
- Top the noodles with the melted corn cheese mixture.
- Fry the Fishta Shrimp Popcorn until golden brown, then place it on top of the dish.
- Serve hot and enjoy the spicy, cheesy goodness!
