Ingredients:
- 500g Fishta Marinated Bangus Belly
- ½ cup cooking oil (for frying)
- Vinegar dipping sauce (optional)
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 small red chili, chopped (optional)
- ½ tsp sugar
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat the Oil – In a pan, heat cooking oil over medium heat.
- Fry the Bangus Belly – Place the marinated bangus belly skin-side down first. Fry for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain Excess Oil – Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
- Prepare the Dipping Sauce – Mix vinegar, garlic, chili, sugar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Serve & Enjoy – Pair with steamed rice and the dipping sauce
