A crispy, golden-brown Fried Daing na Bangus on a plate, served with a side of vinegar dipping sauce. The marinated bangus belly is perfectly fried, with a crunchy texture and a deliciously flaky inside.

Ingredients:

  • 500g Fishta Marinated Bangus Belly
  • ½ cup cooking oil (for frying)
  • Vinegar dipping sauce (optional)
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 small red chili, chopped (optional)
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat the Oil – In a pan, heat cooking oil over medium heat.
  2. Fry the Bangus Belly – Place the marinated bangus belly skin-side down first. Fry for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Drain Excess Oil – Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  4. Prepare the Dipping Sauce – Mix vinegar, garlic, chili, sugar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  5. Serve & Enjoy – Pair with steamed rice and the dipping sauce
