Ingredients:
- 400g Fishta Marinated Bangus
- ¼ cup butter
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp calamansi juice (or lemon juice)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional, for extra flavor)
- Chopped parsley or spring onions (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Fry the Bangus – Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated bangus for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Set aside.
- Sauté Garlic & Onion – In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until golden brown. Add onions and cook until soft.
- Make the Sauce – Stir in soy sauce, calamansi juice, black pepper, and oyster sauce (if using). Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Combine & Simmer – Return the fried bangus to the pan and spoon the sauce over the fish. Let it cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve & Enjoy – Garnish with chopped parsley or spring onions and serve hot with rice.
