Ingredients:
- 1 pack Fishta Seafood Mix
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ cup green peas
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions:
- Season the seafood – Mix Fishta Seafood Mix with salt and pepper.
- Cook the eggs – In a bowl, crack and beat 2 eggs, then scramble them in a pan. Set aside.
- Stir-fry the seafood – In the same pan, heat 1 tbsp oil and cook the seafood mix until fully cooked.
- Add rice and eggs – Stir in cooked rice and scrambled eggs, mixing well.
- Season – Add soy sauce, green peas, and a dash of pepper. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
