A bowl of golden Mixed Seafood Fried Rice with shrimp, fish, eggs, and green peas, served with a side of soy sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack Fishta Seafood Mix
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 eggs, scrambled
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ cup green peas
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil

 

Instructions:

  1. Season the seafood – Mix Fishta Seafood Mix with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the eggs – In a bowl, crack and beat 2 eggs, then scramble them in a pan. Set aside.
  3. Stir-fry the seafood – In the same pan, heat 1 tbsp oil and cook the seafood mix until fully cooked.
  4. Add rice and eggs – Stir in cooked rice and scrambled eggs, mixing well.
  5. Season – Add soy sauce, green peas, and a dash of pepper. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
