Ingredients 

  • Fishta Shrimp Balls (1 pack)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 block Japanese curry cubes
  • 3 EggsSteamed rice (for serving)Chopped parsley or green onions (for garnish)

Step by Step Instruction:

  1. Fry the shrimp balls in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Place them on paper towels to remove extra oil.
  2. Sauté garlic, onions, and carrots in a pan with oil until soft.
  3. Make the curry sauce by adding water to the pan and bringing it to a boil. Stir in the Japanese curry cubes until it melts and thickens. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Cook an egg and shape it like a tornado for a decorative touch.
  5. Assemble the dish by placing steamed rice on a plate, covering it with the tornado egg, adding the crispy shrimp balls, and pouring the warm curry sauce over everything.
  6. Garnish with parsley or green onions, then serve and enjoy your delicious homemade meal!


Baked Salmon with Honey Garlic Sauce

This sweet and savory salmon dish is super easy to make but tastes like it came from a restaurant!

Ingredients 

  • 200g Fishta Salmon Belly (Prime Cut)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Mashed potatoes or Steamed Broccoli (for serving)

Step by Step Instruction:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C)
  2. Mix honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, melted butter, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place Fishta’s Salmon Belly in a baking dish and pour the sauce over it. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil and broil for 2-3 minutes until the top is golden and shiny.
  6. Serve with mashed potatoes or steamed Broccoli and Rice
