Ingredients:
- Salt
- Garlic powder
- White pepper
- All-purpose flour
- Potato starch
- 1pc Lemon
- 2pcs Carrots
- 1pc Big-sized potato
- 4pcs Medium-sized Sweet kamote
- Fishta Tilapia fillet
Procedures:
- Prepare and Slice the potatoes, carrots, and sweet potato 1/2 inch thick. Then boil them for 10 to 15mins until half-cooked
- While waiting for your veggies, season your FISHTA TILAPIA FILLET
- After boiling, season your veggies too with salt before deep-frying
- Toss your FISHTA TILAPIA FILLET in potato starch and shake off any excess
- Deep fry your veggies between 350 and 375 °F
- Using a whisk continuously, add the beer and all-purpose flour mixture and continue mixing until you have a thick, smooth batter. Place the batter in the fridge to rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour
- Check the oil temperature 350 F. Carefully lower each fillet into the hot oil. Fry for approximately 8 minutes, or until the batter is crisp and golden, turning the fillets from time to time
- Cut your Lemon and serve it with Garlic mayo
