Apahap (Barramundi or Asian sea bass) is a white fish that has a neutral mild sweet flavor. The flesh is moist and tender. Most popular dishes include pan-seared and baked sea bass.
Available in 500-600g, 700-800g cleaned (scaled, gilled, and gutted).
